Maus by Art Spiegelman

Maus was the first graphic novel to win a Pulitzer Prize (1992 – Letters Award).

A collection of serialised works from 1980-1991, Maus relates the wartime experience of Spiegelman’s parents, who were both survivors of Auschwitz. In Maus, Jews are depicted as mice and Nazis as cats.
